Description

Each workshop includes 2 sessions on two different days: A Brewing Session and a Bottling Session.

• The current reservation date is only for the first session (Brewing)
• You will be able to make the second appointment for the second session just after the first session
• The second session takes place at least 3 weeks after the first

FIRST SESSION : Brewing (4 hours)

• Choose the recipe you want to brew from the recipe list of the moment
• All equipment will be provided on site(ingredients, bottles, cartons)
• Weigh and crush your malt
• Brew your beer
• Deposit the yeasts
• Déposer les levures

At the end of the brewing you can reserve the date of the second session (3 weeks after minimum).

Hours :

• Thursday    6 pm – 10 pm
• Friday      6 pm – 10 pm
• Saturday    10 am – 2 pm  |   4pm – 8 pm

SECOND SESSION : Bottling and Labeling (1 hour) 3 weeks after brewing

• Bottle your beer
• Affix labels
• Name your beer
• You will leave with 20 bottles of 50 cl of your own beer
